The Call for Papers for our 2008 Conference has now closed. We will begin accepting papers for our 2009 conference in November 2008.
The Illinois Branch of The International Dyslexia Association is asking for abstracts of presentations for its 2009 conference. Abstracts are required for review by the Illinois Branch Conference Committee. Topics submitted should be on the subject of dyslexia and related disorders that are either theoretical or applied (practical).
Issues from educational, psychosocial and medical areas are welcome. The reviewers reserve the right to group some of the papers for panel presentations. Speakers whose proposals are accepted for presentation are expected to pay their own transportation and hotel accommodations, if needed, and any other related expenses. Conference registration fees will be waived for the day of presentation.
A one to two-page abstract should be submitted by January 31 , 2009 by mail, fax or email to:
